McDonald's is looking to boost its U.S. sales by improving on three areas: marketing, its core menu and digital payments. New Chief Marketing Officer Deborah Wahl has reorganized the marketing department, ditching product-focused groups for ones that focus on consumer segments, such as families and millennials. Chief Financial Officer Peter Bensen said, "The U.S. is our largest market and has the most significant need for improvement."
