University of Missouri System President Timothy Wolfe is touring the state urging middle-school students to think about making college part of their future plans. He told students in Willard, Mo., that, too often, students wait until they are well into high school before they start thinking about their future goals. About 35% of adults in the state have a two-year college degree or more, and Wolfe said he is hoping to raise that percentage.
