Six baby food products have been recalled by Heinz Canada because of the possibility that "spoilage microorganisms" could get into the baby food from a packaging defect, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency said. The affected products, all in 128-milliliter squeeze pouches, include butternut squash apricot peas couscous, tuna sweet corn chowder, beef butternut squash rice spinach, beef Bolognese with vegetables, sweet baby vegetables and peas zucchini spinach.
