The University of Kentucky is revising its alcohol policy to allow on-campus drinking under some circumstances, though officials have not yet finalized the details. The change comes after a report -- compiled by college, Lexington city and community officials -- detailed problems with off-campus drinking. "Our first priority is the safety of our students and the community we serve," university President Eli Capilouto said. "At the same time, we want to build on the strong relationships we have with our neighbors and the broader community," he added.
