A former University of Northern Iowa account clerk who accused supervisors of "harassing, discriminatory, retaliatory and inappropriate actions" that led to a suicide attempt by her will be paid $125,000 by the state's executive branch under a settlement agreement. The clerk sued the university and the state, alleging that mistreatment by three university fundraising foundation supervisors was an effort to force her to resign. The allegations have been denied by state officials.
