Compliance programs can be a revenue-generating function if executed correctly, delivering benefits and measurable returns, according to the findings of a survey by CFO Research and ADP. Respondents said compliance programs have a positive impact in such areas as wage payments processing, employment verification and employment tax processing. A strong compliance program also is seen as beneficial for such intangibles as employee satisfaction, employee engagement, and corporate branding and reputation.
