Louisville, Ky., ranked No. 1 on the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America's list of the 100 worst cities for spring allergies, followed by Memphis, Tenn., and Baton Rouge, La. The report serves as a "reminder that, no matter where you live or what the outdoor conditions are, people need to take allergies seriously and have a treatment plan," AAFA's senior vice president for external affairs Mike Tringale said.
