Nearly all consumers want to be able to return online purchases at brick-and-mortar stores, 78% want to be able to pick up their online orders at the store, and 82% say it's important to be able to place an online order while shopping in the store, according to a survey by CFI Group and eBay Enterprise. "Tactics such as staying consistent across channels with stock as well as coordinated cross-channel promotions will help consumers stay loyal to a brand, and stores will gain higher customer satisfaction rates," CFI Group Vice President of Marketing and Product Development Terry Redding said.
