Upworthy has signed a deal with Unilever to introduce native ads around Project Sunlight, a Unilever campaign to help all children reach their fifth birthday. Unilever will also get a special curated section of Upworthy, all part of testing the new Upworthy Collaborations advertising program. "You won't see expandable banner ads, homepage takeovers or garish advertorial content. You will see tasteful [sponsorships]," Upworthy said.
