Marketing leaders can keep their teams on the right track and maintain focus by asking seven questions that establish priorities, writes Sarah Goliger. Managers need to question what metrics are being used to drive results and ask what isn't working to help drive better results. They should also make sure the team understands marketing's goals and find out what employees need to meet them. Don't forget to ask, "What can I do to help you," Goliger adds.
