Younger generations don't have a leg up on boomers when it comes to adopting technology, a fact that is not so surprising considering most consumer technology on the market today was introduced in the older generation's lifetimes, attendees at the Booming Tech forum said. Boomers seek out tools that help them connect, improve their lives and streamline activities with predictive analysis. "This notion that older adults don't love technology -- that's not on older adults, that's bad technology," MIT AgeLab Director Joseph Coughlin says.
