Google, Facebook, AOL and Twitter have launched TrustInAds.org, an anti-scam group aimed at informing consumers about how to spot malicious ads and report fraud. The organization's first report is focused on tech-support ads that lead to malware downloads. "This is an ever-evolving and ongoing fight. Bad actors are relentless," Google engineer Mike Hochberg wrote in a blog post earlier this year.
