Your dreams of having a tiny automaton on hand to serve you beer just got a little closer to reality, thanks to a new program from Intel that will enable consumers to build their very own robot with 3-D printed parts. The chipmaker introduced its 2-foot-tall robot, "Jimmy," at a recent coding conference in California. Jimmy can be printed and assembled using a kit that that costs about $1,600 and can be programmed to perform unique tasks.
