The widest pay gap between male and female professors at Big Ten colleges and universities is at the University of Iowa, where female professors make, on average, 85.3% of what men do in the same position, according to a report by the American Association of University Professors. The smallest pay gap among these colleges was at Michigan State University, where female full professors are paid 96% of what males are paid, the report found.
