Men and women have different leadership styles and complementary strengths, and companies could benefit by splitting power between co-CEOs of different genders, experts say. Nonetheless, some experts say that making such a power structure work could be tricky. "Often, the co-CEOs never make it clear who is accountable for what. Then employees may literally play Mom against Dad when decisions need to be made," Verne Harnish warns.
