Digital video completion rates have jumped to 77% for native formats and 52% for standard formats, according to Celtra's Mobile Display Ad Performance Report for Q1. The report shows that most performance rates for digital ads have stabilized since mid-2012, while video consumption has seen big growth. IAB Mobile Rising Stars and native formats have shown especially high expansion rates of 1.1% and 2.5% respectively.
