Newlyweds who are on the same page as far as cleaning chores go tend to have happier marriages, a study finds. Researchers studied 220 heterosexual newlywed couples, finding that wives who value equal sharing of chores are "much happier" with husbands who feel the same way. For couples with more traditional chore division, having similar views on chores didn't affect marital satisfaction as much.
