The Wall Street Journal flexed its new-media muscles during its NewFronts presentation Friday. Head of global media sales Trevor Fellows announced the launch of a video magazine called Signal and a digital series featuring short-form financial advice and long-form startup documentaries. Advertisers "may not think of us as a digital video innovator, but our message to them is, 'Let's talk.' ... There are really a wide range of things we want to do," Fellows said.
