Baker stressed that third class medical reform is critical to growing general aviation. General Aviation Manufacturers Association President and CEO Pete Bunce told the caucus that GA needs a faster certification process to bring new technologies to the marketplace, while the Export-Import Bank provides funding that allows U.S. companies to compete globally.
