The Weather Company is now offering targeted, weather-driven ads on Twitter. The partnership lets advertisers use Promoted Tweets to reach beer drinkers in cities with sunny weekend forecasts or those with frizzy-hair issues in humid spots. "People experience the weather that don't use our properties, so this enables us to connect with them elsewhere," said Curt Hecht, the Weather Company's chief global revenue officer.
