Employers are increasingly willing to invest in flexible benefits that keep employees healthy, both to attract top talent and to increase productivity, the Society for Human Resource Management's 2014 Employee Benefits report found. Most employers cover prescription drugs, contraception, dental care and vision care. The percentage of employers offering wellness resources is expected to rise from 79% to 83%, and the percentage offering wellness programs is expected to rise from 63% to 68% over the next year.
