About 80 beverage manufacturers exhibited at the recent Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, and many cited the location as key to making inroads into the Northeast region. Live Soda Kombucha and other specialty drink makers saw the show as a chance to gain a foothold or enhance their presence in New York City through large chains like Target and Costco as well as smaller up-and-down-the-street distributors.
