Comedian Fred Armisen calls a pay phone to see who will pick up in a video for Heineken, the beginning a series of "social experiment" ads for the brand from Wieden+Kennedy, New York. The videos reflect the Heineken "brand point of view ... that in order to progress, you need to go beyond your comfort zone," said Nuno Teles, chief marketing officer at Heineken USA.
