U.S. food and beverage companies will see increased sales in 2014 due in part to new customers and new products, according to WeiserMazars. Health and wellness was the top sales driver in 2013, followed by private-label and organic foods, while center-store products such as canned goods, white bread and frozen food continued to struggle, WeiserMazars' study found.
