Timothy Robinson, the former owner of Robinson Rehabilitation Services, a speech-therapy company in Cobb County, Ga., received a two-year prison sentence for defrauding Medicaid. Robinson billed the program for over $582,000 worth of therapy services from 2009 through 2010 using the provider numbers of therapists who had resigned from his company, said investigators. Robinson was also ordered to serve eight years of probation and to pay restitution.
