Numerous cruise lines are altering schedules on ships headed to the Bahamas to avoid Tropical Storm Arthur, which is moving north along the East Coast and is expected to reach hurricane strength today. Royal Caribbean International has skipped port calls for three ships at its CocoCay private island, while Norwegian Cruise Line has ordered the Norwegian Gem to overnight at Nassau instead of proceeding with a planned visit to Great Stirrup Cay.
