A surge of students from India has increased the number of international student applications at U.S. graduate schools by 10% this year, according to a new survey from the Council of Graduate Schools. Applicants and accepted admissions to U.S. graduate schools from China have remained flat or decreased slightly, while student applicants and admissions have increased from Canada, Africa, Brazil and the Middle East, the survey showed.
