Apple has tweaked its application-acceptance policy in advance of its iOS 8 and iPhone 6 releases. The new policy explains to developers how it will reject submissions that are "creepy" or low-quality apps created to "impress your friends." Apple reports that the No. 1 reason apps are rejected is that the filing process is missing information, followed by apps that have obvious bugs and those that do not comply with developer agreements.
