In addition to making over its menu and restaurants, Arby's is focused on creating a common culture among the more than 80,000 employees at its 3,350 restaurants, with a training program dubbed Arby's Brand Champ. The program seeks to define the brand's purpose and inspire managers and operators to focus on employee happiness and customer satisfaction.
