Some salespeople at Men's Wearhouse stores now use smartphones to interact with online shoppers, answering questions, displaying items and winning commissions on digital sales just as if they were happening in the store. Parent Tailored Brands will roll the app out to more than 3,000 employees at its Men's Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank stores by this fall after a successful experiment during the holidays.
