Certified wine specialist Sue Navratil has been hired to help shoppers at a Hy-Vee store in Ankeny, Iowa. A shopper-behavior study by The Integer Group and M/A/R/C Research found a 12% increase in online health and beauty purchases by 50- to 64-year-olds since January 2012.
