More than 71% of business schools surveyed by the MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance say recruiting of their full-time MBA graduates by the technology and consulting industry increased in 2017, up from 53% who reported increases in 2016. The schools also report increased recruiting in areas such as health care, real estate and financial services, the data show.
At least nine Indian Institute of Management schools are set to increase or have increased their fees from between 5% to 17% for the 2018-20 class. The increases come amid rising costs and boosts in faculty pay, officials say.
