    Canadian National and Kansas City Southern's operations in Baton Rouge, La., led Belgium-based Katoen Natie to choose the area for a new $150 million petrochemical facility, said Frank Vingerhoets, the company's president of petrochemicals in North America.     The Colorado Department of Transportation acquired 52 pieces of CTC's LED warning signs to strengthen rail safety across 26 grade crossings in the state.
