The emergence of mass-marketed craft-beer brands has prompted some small specialty brewers to switch distributors to gain more control of how their products are sold. This strategy, however, opens up small brewers to huge risks and on occasion has led to lawsuits, a New York beer company said. The Wall Street Journal
