- Cardinal Health continues plans for 2009 spinoff
Cardinal Health remains confident that it will be able to move forward with the spinoff of its medical-device business in 2009, notwithstanding the current credit environment. "There is a certain amount of credit that will be required to accomplish the spin and we'd have to be appropriately prudent about the timing, but in my mind it's not a question of if, it's a question of when," said Jeff Henderson, chief financial officer.
