- A.M. Castle acquires British specialty metals distributor
Blackburn, England-based Metals UK Group, which distributes specialty metals worldwide, has been acquired by A.M. Castle & Co., of Franklin Park, Ill. A.M. Castle, which distributes specialty metals as well as plastics, said the Metals UK Group acquisition will both complement its North American operations and offer a way for Castle to broaden its global reach.
