Hajoca Corp., a plumbing and heating wholesaler-distributor, has purchased Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Richards Plumbing, Heating & Industrial Supplies, which said it was selling to ensure the survival of the business and its 54 employees as competition grew in the area.
