Ferguson Metals, based in Hamilton, Ohio, and Miamiville, Ohio-based AIM International have consolidated operations at Ferguson Metals' headquarters, where they will do business as United Performance Metals. Americans worked an average of 42.5 hours weekly in 2006, up from 37.5 in 2003, as they sought overtime pay and promotion opportunities, according to the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics.
