Hagemeyer announces planned CEO resignation

Hagemeyer CEO and Board of Management Chairman Rudi de Becker is set to resign in April 2008 at the company's annual meeting, the electrical parts and supplies distributor said. De Becker hopes to spend more time with his family, according to Hagemeyer. Modern Distribution Management (06/22)
