The political obits for George W. Bush are rolling in. Howard Gardner, a professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, says Bush "must take the blame and be recorded in history as a failed leader." The 9/11 attacks "briefly galvanized some leadership potential ... but this potential was completely dissipated by the disastrous decision to conquer Iraq and remove Saddam Hussein," Gardner says.
