Column: Airlines work to address flight delays


Airlines know that severe flight delays are unacceptable and are working to ensure that they do not recur, writes Air Transport Association President and CEO James May in USA Today. He noted that the industry plans to have substantive talks with lawmakers about efforts to reduce delays.
