Rogers finalizes cable, wireless subsidiary integration

Rogers Communications reports that it has completed its "intracompany amalgamation" of RCI and subsidiaries Rogers Cable and Rogers Wireless as of July 1, and the cable and wireless units no longer exist as separate entities.
