AMB's Moghadam: Optimistic about industrial space demand

Hamid Moghadam, chairman and CEO of industrial REIT AMB Property Corp., said he believes the industrial property market has hit the trough in demand and is headed up. The company operates in 15 countries and there are early signs of recovery in the majority of those economies. "I'm reasonably optimistic for the next six to nine months," he said.
