Verizon widens 50 Mbps footprint

Verizon Communications has increased the speed of its FiOS Internet service to 50 Mbps in parts of five counties around the Tampa, Fla., area. The 50 Mbps service tier is now available in six of the 16 states where FiOS is offered. CED Magazine (02/2007)
