Verizon supports DSL customers with new PC service

Verizon Communications is rolling out Premium Technical Support, which gives Verizon's DSL customers unlimited support for $9.99 a month. The telecom says there is demand for such a service among its customer base and views the offering as a new revenue stream. Telephony Online (04/02)
