Two sides tussle over 700 MHz
Criterion Economics has released a study that says Frontline Communications' plan for a shared commercial-public network for emergency use could cost public-safety agencies $9 billion over six years. Meanwhile, Northrop Grumman told the FCC that an open-access, shared commercial-public network for emergency use, as proposed by Frontline, would not compromise first-responder communications.
