Casey Hallgarth

Casey Hallgarth, Ed.D., is superintendent of Baker School District 5J in Oregon and a leading voice in rural district transformation and career and technical education. Before joining Baker, he led Prairie City School District through financial recovery, enrollment growth and a cultural rebuilding effort that more than doubled district enrollment.
