Debra Clary

Dr. Debra Clary has more than three decades of executive experience at Fortune 50 companies and now serves as the founder and CEO of The Clary Group, which specializes in cultivating curiosity-driven mindsets to accelerate growth and innovation. She is the author of "The Curiosity Curve: A Leader’s Guide to Growth and Transformation Through Bold Questions." She has held leadership roles at iconic brands such as Frito-Lay, Coca-Cola, Jack Daniel’s and Humana. A viral TEDx speaker, international keynote presenter, award-winning film producer and stage actress, Debra starred in the Off-Broadway solo performance "A Curious Woman" in 2023. She holds a doctorate in leader development, change management and organizational design from The George Washington University, where she received the prestigious Ralph Stone Leadership Award.
