Donna Spangler and Kim Cofino

Donna Spangler  is the director of curriculum, instruction and assessment at a private school and the founder of Coaching Moves That Matter. She helps educators make the impact of coaching visible through data and reflection.  A virtual coach and learning designer, her work appears in Edutopia and The Learning Professional.

Kim Cofino is the executive director and founder of the Association for the Advancement of Instructional Coaching in International Schools and host of the #coachbetter podcast. Cofino, who is now based in Bangkok, Thailand, founded Eduro Learning to help international schools build community and belonging through instructional coaching.
