Dr. Annie Tsui is the chief medical officer of neurology at Access TeleCare. Tsui is board-certified in neurology and completed residency training at UT Southwestern – Austin. She has a background in medical education and program development in academic medicine, with close engagement in medical ethics throughout her career as a neurohospitalist and teleneurologist.
